Job Description

IFS North America seeks a Strategic Account Executive with a passion for selling enterprise software. The position emphasizes new client acquisition, lead generation, business development, qualification, business analysis, visioning, presentations, project management, negotiation, and closing deals. Responsibilities include generating revenue from subscription licenses, service sales, and maintenance, working within a multi-state territory of mid-market companies ($400M - $100B+), managing sales cycles, indirect sales channels, and selling directly to C-level decision-makers. The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant enterprise software sales experience, especially in complex sales, FSM, EAM, or ERP, with a proven record of quota achievement. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and willingness to travel 50-60% are required.
