Job Description
The role involves managing customer accounts or prospects within a designated geography or industry, focusing on meeting sales targets, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting. The Business Consultant should have a solid knowledge of products and market, and be capable of handling most solution sales deals by approaching new customers and developing existing ones. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, prospecting, needs clarification, creating sales opportunities, selling customer propositions, CRM data entry, promoting customer focus, operational compliance, performance management, and personal capability building. The role requires higher education in sales or equivalent experience, relevant work experience in solution sales, proficiency in English, and a driver’s license if needed.
