We are now hiring a cook for a permanent position at Linkosuo's MIN Maku in Tampere! Here, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a busy kitchen, preparing delicious and enjoyable lunch moments as well as corporate meals daily for several hundred customers! The work includes preparing cold dishes, corporate catering, and hot meals in a versatile manner, including buffets and plated dishes. The kitchen features an authentic Mibrasa charcoal grill, and the restaurant offers breakfast, buffet and plated lunches, as well as corporate catering from small snacks to three-course dinners. A good understanding of flavor profiles and spices, along with professional skills in food planning and presentation, are very important. The job requires a hygiene passport, suitable educational background, several years of work experience, and a positive, proactive attitude. Teamwork skills are essential, as well as previous strong experience in a professional kitchen and fluent Finnish and English language skills. Working hours mainly fall on weekdays between 6:30 and 16:00, with occasional weekend and evening catering for events and functions.
