Shared Instructor for Employment and Participation Services - Rinnekodit Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are now looking for a shared instructor for a permanent position in Helsinki. You will work across three units: Nyytti, Selja, and Kartanonhaka, each offering participation-promoting daytime activities for people with developmental and physical disabilities, as well as employment support activities. The units are located in Helsinki with good public transport connections. Your role involves planning and implementing activities with the community and clients, emphasizing genuine client interaction and communication support. You can bring your own interests into the work, such as music, theater, crafts, or sports. Requirements include a social and health care qualification, registration with the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health, basic Finnish language skills, and readiness to demonstrate medication management skills within four months of starting.
