Construction Engineering Specialist / Project Manager

We are seeking a construction engineering specialist for permanent employment in Helsinki. The role offers an opportunity to participate in diverse property condition survey and investigation projects. Tasks include preparing condition assessments, planning, execution and reporting of structural condition investigations. The role content can be adjusted based on your skills, experience and interests. Responsibilities include carrying out property condition assessments, concrete structure condition investigations, indoor air and moisture-related investigations, assessing repair needs and reporting, client collaboration, scheduling and project coordination.
