We are now looking to strengthen their teams with the following position: Welder for Kanta-Häme Job Description Your tasks will be based on the production needs of the client company and your skills, and may include a variety of welding tasks. Your work may involve assembly welding in a workshop or mobile installation at different sites and locations. The tasks offered vary according to skill emphasis, so we would like to hear about your experience as precisely as possible. Primarily, our client companies value expertise in MIG/MAG, TIG, and stick welding. We are also interested in knowing what materials and thicknesses you have experience with, so we can match your skills to the appropriate available positions. What kind of person are we looking for? Our ideal welder may have diverse work experience. We value independence, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn more. The work can be performed on-site or while moving between different locations. You may be an experienced welding professional or someone undergoing further training. We expect the selected candidate to have a quality-conscious and self-initiated work approach, as well as a desire to develop further in their work. Some of our client companies require valid welding certifications or the readiness to obtain them at the start of employment. Additionally, valid hot work and safety cards are naturally advantageous.
