We are looking for customer service superstars to work at Ivalo Airport during winter 2026-2027. As a service agent, you will ensure smooth travel for each customer, handle security checks, guide passengers, and maintain order in the terminal. The role requires normal color vision, and a basic security clearance, drug test, and alcohol test will be conducted. The work involves shift work. Candidates should be positive, flexible, organized, able to handle stressful situations, and communicate fluently in Finnish and English, with additional languages a plus.
