We are seeking a knowledgeable API and integration consultant to act as a technical expert and solution-oriented advisor in customer interfaces. This role combines customer work, understanding of ERP systems, and strong practical skills in interfaces and integrations. You will understand how data moves between systems and communicate fluently with clients, partners, and technical implementers. Oscar delivers more ready-made API interfaces to customers, often built by clients or partners against our APIs. While we do not always implement the integrations ourselves, the role requires good technical understanding, clear communication, and the ability to guide customers to functional solutions. Your tasks include mapping customer integration needs, instructing on API usage, resolving technical questions, and supporting customers and partners in planning and deploying integrations. This is a customer-facing technical consulting role, not a software developer position, but a strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data transfer between systems is necessary. Requirements include understanding ERP systems and business processes, experience with APIs and integrations, knowledge of data transfer between systems, ability to discuss technical topics with non-technical persons, enthusiasm for working with diverse clients and partners, teamwork skills, solution-oriented, proactive, responsible work attitude, and preferably experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman, SQL, integration platforms, or software development.
