Even if you do not yet have all the experience listed, we encourage you to apply: we emphasize suitability for the role and attitude, especially when the scores are tied. We offer: - A reliable and respected employer who cares for its staff. - Occupational health services and benefits such as ePassi for sports, culture, and well-being. - An interesting role in a supportive team with the support of supervisors and the organization. - Flexible working hours of 18-30 hours per week on weekdays during office hours, according to the social services sector collective agreement (difficulty level 4: 14.68 - 16.74 euros, depending on experience). A 6-month probation period applies. For inquiries, contact Petra Lamminkari, Property Manager, tel. +358 40 761 8499 during office hours or petra.lamminkari@pelastusarmeija.fi.
