Job Description
Aberia is building a residential unit for people with intellectual disabilities in Siekkilä, Mikkeli, opening in September 2026. The unit is designed for clients on the autism spectrum and those requiring intensive support, offering 24-hour supported living in small groups tailored to individual needs. The home has three group homes with 22 places, emphasizing clarity, calmness, and predictability. The role involves combining clinical skills with guidance work, monitoring health, ensuring safe medication, supporting staff, and guiding daily routines using structured methods and AAC. The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, experience in medication management, and good Finnish skills.
