Job Description
Would you like to build quality management in a truly impactful role, where you can combine practical work, system development, and future technologies? Plastex is now seeking a development-oriented QUALITY ENGINEER for versatile quality system work and to be responsible for the company's quality management development. In this role, you will lay the foundation for compliance with defense industry requirements and develop modern, data- and AI-based operational methods to support quality. Quality management development serves both broad civil and retail markets and more demanding government and defense sector applications. This is a key development role during the company's growth phase. Plastex aims for significant growth in the coming years, with quality management playing a crucial role. Your responsibilities will include, among others: - Implementing, documenting, and rolling out ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems at the practical level - Describing core quality processes and developing operational and quality practices - Developing internal audits, deviation management, and continuous improvement practices - Developing traceability, risk management, and documentation - Training personnel and integrating new operational practices into daily work - Utilizing customer feedback and production data, and developing automation of reporting - Collaborating with Plastex teams on practical quality work - Preparing for AQAP 2110 and defense sector quality requirements - Maintaining and continuously developing compliance documentation. We expect you to have experience with quality systems and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as understanding of manufacturing or process industry environments. Practical, development-oriented work approach and ability to implement solutions in production are valued. You should be interested in continuous learning and exploring new areas, and able to work in a changing environment with uncertainty. Proficiency in English is required. Experience with certification projects or building quality systems, as well as Lean Six Sigma skills, are considered advantages. Knowledge of AQAP 2110 standards or defense industry quality requirements is also valued. Experience in injection molding, blow molding, or other process industries is beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with Power BI, data analytics, or AI tools for quality development is a plus.
