Team Leader, Mankkaanmalmi - Yrjö & Hanna Kodit - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a nurse-background team leader to work with the home manager at our new assisted living facility in Mankkaanmalmi, Espoo. The role involves overseeing medication management, quality of care, and collaborating with residents' relatives, doctors, and stakeholders. The work includes developing procedures and processes with the team, mainly focusing on resident care but also administrative tasks, mostly during daytime hours. The new community aims to create smooth routines and resident-centered activities based on the values of Yrjö and Hanna Hoiva, emphasizing ethical interaction and continuous development. The facility will have 43 places for 24/7 enhanced service housing and 13 for communal living, starting in September. The role requires a higher education degree in nursing, experience in leadership or a related qualification, and strong expertise in elderly care. Additional requirements include vaccination protection, hygiene pass, valid medication license, fluent Finnish, criminal record extract, social and healthcare card, and a salary according to the collective agreement (€2762.58 - €3011.25/month).
