Wire Harness Assembly Operator Nummela - Digitekno Oy - Vihti, Finland

We are looking for a precise and careful wire harness assembler for Digitekno Oy for a permanent position. The work is performed in a flexible day shift on weekdays, 40 hours per week. The job includes the entire manufacturing process: recording production batches, retrieving and interpreting drawings, collecting materials, cutting and stripping conductors, printing markings, and installing connectors by crimping or soldering. Additionally, you will participate in assembly, testing, and shipping of products. This position is suitable if you can read instructions and drawings, use hand tools fluently, and work accurately, persistently, and independently. Soldering skills are a plus but not essential. We also value good teamwork skills and basic computer skills. The position requires a basic qualification in electrical, automation, or electronics assembly, and fluent Finnish language skills. The location is in Nummela, so having a car may be practical. We offer independent work in a good team, flexible day shifts, and comprehensive onboarding to help you get started quickly.
