Family Rehabilitation Counselor (Swedish language skills) (substitute), Niittypolku Family Rehabilitation - Humana - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic family rehabilitation counselor for Niittypolku Family Rehabilitation to cover parental leave. The position is full-time and fixed-term until 16.2.2027, mainly involving two-shift work including evenings and weekends, possibly night shifts. The work involves working with families placed in family rehabilitation, in a goal-oriented, rehabilitative, and change-focused environment. You will participate in implementing the work, assessing children's situations, and supporting clients in daily life, enabling their agency and participation in change work. The work includes planning content tailored to individual client situations and reporting both verbally and in writing. The work is diverse and challenging, carried out in a team, utilizing your personality and strengths. Niittypolku is a six-bed, around-the-clock family rehabilitation unit located in peaceful surroundings in Nummela, Vihd. The client base includes children aged 0-17 and their families. The work is based on assessment and rehabilitative work with the whole family, in a multidisciplinary team with experience in working with children, youth, and families, including social and health professionals and a family psychotherapist.
