Luhta has introduced a new, attractive, multi-channel high-personalized service concept called Your & More, which appeals to Finnish adult consumers. In spring 2026, a concept store was opened in Seinäjoki at Ideapark shopping center. The store offers high-quality collections from domestic fashion brands for various purposes: work, everyday, and celebration. The collection focuses on Luhta Group's own brands. The core of the Your & More fashion concept is a stylish shopping environment, a relaxed atmosphere, durable quality offerings, and customer service that meets consumer expectations. We are now looking for a sales associate-visual merchandiser for Your & More Seinäjoki store, approximately 30 hours per week. If you are interested in fashion, energetic, service-oriented, proactive, and responsible, this opportunity might be for you! In this role, you will be responsible for customer service following the chain's customer promise and satisfaction goals, implementing the sales model, and contributing to the store's visual appearance in collaboration with the store manager. We require a person with strong sales and visual skills, full age, fluent Finnish, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Experience in retail is a plus.
