We are looking for a team supervisor at Attendo Olarinpuisto for elderly care - we are here for you! Attendo Olarinpuisto offers cozy and safe 24-hour care for the elderly in Espoo. As a team supervisor, you are the backbone of the Attendo home and a trusted partner to the home manager. Your professional skills are trusted and your views valued. You assist the home manager together with another team supervisor in organizing daily work, ensuring quality resident care, and providing professional support to staff. The work consists of 50% care work and 50% administrative tasks. You will participate in daily care work, develop resident-centered care, support nurses, and oversee medication management in collaboration with the home manager. The position is full-time and permanent, with work during weekday mornings. The start date can be agreed upon. Requirements include a nursing degree, vaccination protection, hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one within three months, fluent Finnish, a criminal record check, social and healthcare card, and medication authorization or readiness to obtain within three months.
