We are now looking for an instructor for Tukena Tähtiomena for a permanent employment relationship. The position is full-time and the work is periodic work (main emphasis on 2-shift work). Your task as an instructor As an instructor, your task is to assist, support and guide our various clients in everyday chores and in their free time according to their individual needs. Your workday may include, for example, nursing work, assisting residents in home care, cooking and outdoor activities, as well as planning and implementing joint activities. In your work, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, our residents' relatives and various social and healthcare networks. What do we offer you? What do we require from you? - a suitable social and healthcare degree (e.g. practical nurse). You can also be a final-stage student of social and healthcare. - Valvira registration. - a valid social and healthcare professional card (certificate card). - a valid criminal record extract must be presented before the employment begins. - suitability according to the Communicable Diseases Act and a hygiene passport. - valid Love medication treatment supplementary training or equivalent. If necessary, you can complete the Love medication treatment supplementary training at the workplace immediately at the start of employment. - sufficient oral and written Finnish language skills so that supporting clients, everyday interaction and recording are successful. - a genuine desire to work as an enabler of the realization of our clients' good and individual life. Remuneration The position-specific base salary according to years of experience in the PK region is 2449.58–2649.79 (private social services sector TES, G20C).
