Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Logistics Manager to lead all logistics activities on a hyperscale data centre construction project in Hamina, Finland. This role involves full ownership of the logistics strategy, team leadership, and daily coordination of site logistics operations including deliveries, access control, waste management, traffic flow, and welfare support. You will manage a team of logistics personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient operations across a busy, fast-paced site. Key Responsibilities include developing and managing site logistics strategy, overseeing site layout planning, leading logistics team, managing material movement and deliveries, ensuring health and safety compliance, stakeholder communication, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in Construction Management, Logistics, Engineering or similar, with at least 5 years of experience in large-scale construction logistics, preferably in data centres or high-tech projects. Fluency in English is essential, Finnish is a strong advantage. Certifications such as Työturvallisuuskortti and Tulityökortti are preferred. Key attributes include strong leadership, organisation, proactivity, safety awareness, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
