The Intern role is aimed at supporting projects and initiatives with clients, providing support in research and analysis as needed. The focus is on execution and delivery to both internal and external clients, generally under supervision and with team guidance. The position is mainly office-based or remote. Interns will work alongside Korn Ferry consultants, gaining insight into our culture, consulting methodology, tools, and services.
