Job Description

As a lighting salesperson, you will be responsible for actively selling and promoting lighting projects from the design stage to completion. You will serve as a key contact point between various stakeholders, such as designers, contractors, and wholesale suppliers. Your task is to identify new project opportunities, collaborate with different parties, and ensure successful deal closure. Your work will focus on customer interactions in the field, but you will also independently handle quotation calculations and technical clarifications together with the factory’s technical support. This role is suitable for someone with strong drive and a positive attitude towards sales, with experience in the lighting industry or willingness to learn technical details of professional lighting. You should enjoy working on the move. Previous experience in electrical or lighting sectors is appreciated, but the most important qualities are a hungry sales mindset and the ability to see complex projects through to completion. You will work actively in the field around Southern Finland approximately 2-3 days a week, with the rest of the time dedicated to project development at our Helsinki office. During onboarding, it is important to be present at the office daily, but as your skills grow, we also offer flexible remote work options around field days.
