Personal Care Assistant for Home Care on a Casual Basis - ONNI - Tampere, Finland

Our team is looking for a personal care assistant who wants to do meaningful work in clients' homes! We work in three shifts across the Pirkanmaa region, offering various shift lengths at different times, making it easier to combine work and personal life. We support the functional capacity of clients living at home and enable independent living according to individual needs. Home care services assist clients with daily activities they cannot perform independently. The services include medical and medication management, health promotion, personal hygiene and nutrition, as well as rehabilitative care to maintain functional capacity. We have time to listen to clients and their loved ones, exchange news, and our care services are primarily about caring. You have a qualification as a practical nurse (we also consider those in the final stages of their studies), vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act, and current theoretical studies in medication management (which you can complete with us if needed). Previous experience in similar tasks is appreciated. You have a driver’s license and access to a car. We pay mileage allowances according to state travel regulations for using your own car. We also have a care circle where a car is not needed. We work fluently in Finnish. We offer meaningful and varied work along with comprehensive orientation.
