Are you the PROPERTY MAINTENANCE WORKER we are looking for? We are currently hiring for Property Services Laine & Nummisto Oy! The job includes basic technical maintenance tasks in properties such as adjusting ventilation and heating systems, replacing filters, maintaining outdoor areas including mowing and snow removal with machinery, and general tidying of the environment. It also involves repair tasks that do not require specialized skills or work permits, such as replacing fuses and maintaining water fixtures like taps. Property maintenance tasks are varied and demanding, and the work can be busy and physically intensive at times. The role is diverse and will vary based on your skills and development. Success in this role requires genuine interest in the work, common sense, the ability to organize your work independently, and to see the bigger picture. The work is mainly performed independently during daytime weekdays, and the employment follows the collective agreement for the property services sector.
