As a salesperson at Instrumentarium in Porvoo, you will create a first-class customer experience from start to finish. You will welcome customers, perform preliminary examinations, and guide them to optometrists for eye tests. After the eye test, you will offer high-quality lenses, contact lenses, and stylish frames based on optometrists' recommendations. You will order tailored products through our ordering system, deliver finished products, ensure perfect fit, and guide customers in product use. We expect you to have previous customer service and sales experience, a desire to achieve results with your team, the ability to switch tasks smoothly while prioritizing customers, motivation to learn new knowledge, good digital and system skills, and proficiency in Swedish is a significant advantage. You will receive comprehensive training, monthly education, and annual events. The position is permanent, with flexible start date, 37.5 hours/week, and shifts within store opening hours.
