Aaro Forsman Oy, commonly known as Forsman Tee, is looking for a motivated individual passionate about new trends, sales, and development to support growing business and implement ideas as part of an energetic sales team! **Job description** In this role, you will join Forsman’s sales team in a new position aimed at streamlining sales practices and creating conditions for growth. You will work at the core of Forsman’s business, focusing on sales and customer relationships, and develop new operational models to support the success of the sales team and business expansion. The main focus is on continuous sales development and identifying commercial opportunities. You will see where better practices, materials, or tools are needed in the sales funnel and bring ideas into practice. You will develop sales materials, customer communication, documentation of sales processes, and utilize AI, automation, and videos as part of sales work. The goal is to make sales more systematic, efficient, and to help the team win new customers and close deals. You will also participate in customer development, outreach, and promoting commercial opportunities with the team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow alongside the business and with support from experienced colleagues. As processes develop, you can also take on more responsibilities within the team, such as independent new customer acquisition and account management.
