Construction Supervisor, Vantaa - Rakennuttajatoimisto HTJ Oy

We are seeking an experienced professional for our diverse construction management assignments in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The projects you will be involved in may include new constructions as well as renovations, and the project delivery methods vary from collaborative to more traditional models. Your daily work will be dynamic, primarily involving supervision of construction work on sites and related construction management tasks. In this role, you will guide projects with your expertise in close cooperation with the client and other project participants. A relevant educational background (Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction engineering or equivalent) and experience in site supervision as a representative of the client are essential for success. Professional certifications in the field are a plus. The ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, and capable of independent oversight. You are precise and reliable, as our work is based on mutual trust and good teamwork with clients and other project stakeholders.
