Senior Security specialist - RMC - Rauma Marine Constructions Oy - Rauma, Finland

In this role, you will operate within RMC's HSES organization and be responsible for the daily implementation, monitoring, and development of physical security. You will support the security manager and the HSES organization, ensuring that security systems, access control, and protective measures function effectively and reliably. The position is suitable for someone who enjoys working both in the field and with systems, and who can act as an expert in a multidisciplinary environment. Key responsibilities include operational implementation of physical security, use and maintenance of security systems, handling deviations, management of access permits, implementation and documentation of security clearance processes, supporting the design of structural and technical security, developing instructions and operating models, providing expert support, fieldwork, and operational monitoring. We expect experience in physical security, technical security systems, and protective measures, ability to work independently and as part of a security team, good interaction and communication skills, readiness to work both in the field and with systems, ability to produce clear instructions and documentation, basic understanding of risk management and security processes, and fluent Finnish and English skills.
