A suitable higher education degree such as a university of applied sciences degree, or at least a technical college diploma (construction master, civil engineer) and experience in tasks related to the technical sector. The Technical Director acts as the presenter for the technical committee. The Technical Director serves as the head of the technical department and is part of the municipal leadership team. The Technical Director is responsible for managing and developing the sector, construction tasks, property services, waste management services, plant operations (including district heating, water supply), cleaning services, and planning preparation. The Technical Director also handles procurement of external services and contractual matters. Successful performance in the role requires understanding of administrative and legal aspects of the technical sector. Experience in technical management, investment and project implementation, public procurement, municipal administration, construction technology, and knowledge of municipal engineering and water supply are considered advantages. We value proactive development of the sector, ability to independently prepare matters, knowledge of personnel management in the technical department, and leadership skills. The total salary for the position is 5,500 euros. A six-month probationary period applies. The selected candidate must provide a medical certificate of health before assuming the position.
