Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers and managing check-ins and check-outs, sales via email and phone, making reservations, and providing customer service on-site, by phone, and email. We expect sufficient Finnish and English language skills (additional languages are a plus), good stress tolerance, and basic skills in computers and reservation systems.
