Job Description
The Customs personnel and training services are divided into the personnel and training unit. The personnel unit is responsible for tasks related to employment conditions, application of the salary system, recruitment process, and supporting workplace well-being and work ability. The HR specialist is part of the personnel specialist group within the personnel unit. The duties include HR partner responsibilities. The HR partner supports departments and managers in implementing strategy and change management through personnel management. The HR partner acts as an administrative expert, participating in recruitment and supporting salary systems and other employment-related matters. The role includes various development and investigation tasks.
