Tahvonlahti Primary School is located in the coastal Laajasalo in Southeast Helsinki. Our school was renovated a few years ago, so our facilities are fine and modern. In addition to basic education classes, we have three local school special classes and a preparatory education group. We are looking for a special education teacher for a fixed-term official relationship for the period 10.8.2026 - 31.1.2027 to our community and professional group. If you have a passion for strong co-teaching and doing things together, as well as the expertise to support student growth, you may be the expert we are looking for. The special education teacher provides group-specific support to students. In addition, the special education teacher can provide special education as a student-specific support measure in connection with other teaching. The job description includes special pedagogical consultation, which is implemented through separate, joint discussions and in simultaneous teaching during lessons by showing examples and guiding.
