Team Leader for Residential Service Unit in Koskela - Sininauhasäätiö - Remote - Global

We are looking for a team leader for our residential service unit in Koskela. The role involves managing daily client work, ensuring quality, and leading staff. The position includes working directly with clients 50% of the time, developing services, and engaging staff with the company's values. The ideal candidate has experience in substance abuse and mental health work, leadership experience of at least one year, and a degree in social or health sciences (nurse or social worker). The role requires independent and developmental work, teamwork skills, resilience, and a positive attitude. The salary is between 3200 and 3800 euros, based on education and experience.
