Join our team! We are looking for a temporary Service Designer for the Operations Management Unit. In this role, you will develop Helsinki's city bike service—visible, genuinely impactful in residents' daily lives—closely collaborating with the service manager. You will be responsible for a versatile entity combining coordination, monitoring, development, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The start date can be agreed upon, but we hope you can begin as soon as possible. The position lasts until 31 December 2026, with a probation period of half the employment duration. Key tasks include coordinating, monitoring, and developing Helsinki's city bike service, coordinating KLOY's bike traffic services, managing and developing the Bike Center service, handling customer feedback, invoicing, and other development projects, and participating in the preparation of a new city bike service procurement. We expect you to have a suitable higher education degree, an initiative-taking and solution-oriented work approach, and the ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously.
