The role involves identifying individual needs and ensuring quality care, respecting client autonomy, and planning activities supporting participation and employment. The work includes guiding groups and assisting clients according to their goals. Requirements include a practical nurse qualification, social and health care professional card or final stage studies, basic Finnish language skills, and group leadership skills. The team includes practical nurses, nurses, and special educators, led by a unit manager committed to supporting development.
