Stora Enso Anjalankoski Oy Anjalankoski plants consist of a paper mill producing book, special newsprint and magazine paper, a cardboard mill producing folding boxboard for consumer packaging, as well as fiber and energy production. We belong to Stora Enso's Cartonboard business area and employ about 450 professionals in their field. We are looking for a Superintendent for a permanent employment contract to be responsible for the finishing operations of the cardboard mill. You will lead the competitive and stable production of finishing and develop safety and performance in the long term through daily management and continuous improvement. Success in the position requires several years of experience in managing a production department. Ability to build cooperation with different functions of the plant, act in internal customer and supplier interfaces and cooperate smoothly with other stakeholders. You are responsible for: Production operations of the cardboard mill's finishing; Systematic development of safety, quality, delivery reliability and production efficiency of finishing; Production capacity planning and management based on key figures. We expect from you: University degree such as M.Sc. Tech; Several years of experience in managing a production department; Experience in developing safety culture and daily management; Financial understanding and ability to lead operations using key figures; Experience of Lean thinking, continuous improvement or similar operating models; Good people skills and smooth communication with different stakeholders; Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
