HVAC Supervisor (Maintenance) - Wulff Works Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HVAC supervisor for maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of maintenance and repair work, working closely with clients, installers, and other stakeholders. Your duties include planning, coordinating, and daily management of HVAC maintenance tasks. You will handle scheduling, resource organization, and ensure projects proceed with quality and safety. You will also serve as the contact person for clients and participate in preparing quotes and documenting work as needed. Main Responsibilities include supervision of HVAC maintenance and repair work, daily guidance and organization of installers, scheduling and resource planning, communication with clients and partners, coordination of materials and supplies, ensuring work quality, safety, and documentation, and participating in cost estimation and quote preparation if necessary. Requirements include relevant education in HVAC or equivalent experience, experience in HVAC and supervisory roles, good organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proactive and solution-oriented approach, and B driving license. Preferred qualifications include experience in HVAC maintenance services, sales-mindedness, knowledge of building technology and maintenance, and experience in coordinating contracts or maintenance work.
