Do you have interest, passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and readiness to operate as a café owner? We are looking for an entrepreneur for the Arnolds café chain in Helsinki for new locations: Eliel Square and Itäkeskus (Itis). Additionally, we are seeking an entrepreneur for an existing location in Espoo at Matinkylä, Iso Omena. The chain offers initial training, financing advice, operational start-up support, launch marketing, premises, equipment, purchase discounts, customer contacts, business management, further training, chain marketing, financial services, advertising services, and sales support. As an entrepreneur, you are responsible for all café operations, including initial investments, with an investment of €100,000-€150,000 and a typical equity of 20-30%. You will work at the location yourself, setting an example for your staff. No prior entrepreneurial experience is required, but interest in the café industry and good cooperation skills are essential. Arnolds is Finland’s first American-style bakery café chain, established in 1991, awarded Franchise Chain of the Year in 1999 and 2011.
