Development Manager

We are seeking a development manager who is enthusiastic about data, artificial intelligence and the opportunities they offer to improve operations, decision making and customer experience. In this role you will turn development ideas into practical solutions, develop data domain practices and advance the use of data to meet business needs. You will work with colleagues from data analytics, data warehousing and AI across the Data analytics and modelling team within the Operations Planning and Monitoring function. We recently renewed our data platform and have many interesting projects and development ideas in data, information governance and AI in pension insurance operations. Now we are looking for a development manager to push these forward with the IT, business and data experts. You will lead several development projects and participate hands-on in development work according to your skills and interests (e.g. data analytics, data governance, or AI solution development). You will help craft new development opportunities into concrete items in the data, information governance and AI areas. You will be part of a relaxed, supportive team and will have the opportunity to grow professionally in data, information governance and AI. Helsinki-based hybrid work with flexible hours.
