HVAC or Electrical Technician/Service Person - CBRE - Remote - Global

The position emphasizes technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer service, with responsibilities including coordinating installation and maintenance work, supporting other sites and customer needs, and possibly acting as a team leader. Candidates should have solid experience in HVAC or electrical fields, familiarity with digital maintenance systems, and a proactive, responsible work attitude. A valid B driver's license and readiness for on-call duties and security clearance are required. The work environment varies from traditional retail properties to modern and critical environments.
