You will be introduced to client lists, procedures, and your future team at the start. Throughout your substitute period, you will have collegial team support and the opportunity to ask for help in unexpected situations. Full working hours are offered, with shifts scheduled from 7:30 to 15:00 on weekdays. Work involves traveling either with the home care provider’s vehicle or, by agreement, with your own car (mileage compensated according to collective agreement). Requirements for applicants: * Nurse qualification and Valvira registration * Valid medication rights (LOP, LOP billing, PKV, GER 1, GER 2, Pain 1) * B driver’s license and ability to use your own car (work shift mileage paid) * Active work attitude, good interaction skills, and proficiency in Finnish The selected candidate must have vaccination protection according to infectious disease law.
