The role of the Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) at Avanade is a senior client leadership position responsible for driving growth, shaping opportunities, and delivering client business outcomes across strategic accounts in Western Canada. The MTAL operates at the intersection of sales, solutioning, and delivery, leading conversations with senior client stakeholders to define how Microsoft technology can unlock business value. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor and orchestrator—aligning teams, shaping solutions, and ensuring successful outcomes. Responsibilities include owning and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, leading executive-level conversations, developing account growth strategies, and participating in account planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in client leadership, sales, consulting, or delivery leadership, with a proven track record working with enterprise clients. The position is based in any Western Canada city including Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Winnipeg.
