We are looking for a reliable, conscientious, and customer-oriented sales associate to join our team. The small store offers a diverse range of tasks, ensuring interesting and daily-changing work. All our sales associates participate in both cashier and store duties, usually working independently during shifts. We perform everyday tasks efficiently, aware of their importance to our customers' daily lives and celebrations. Even routine work can be meaningful, interesting, and rewarding. We expect from applicants: - Customer service attitude. Experience and/or training in retail is an advantage, as the summer employee should be able to quickly handle a variety of tasks. The most important thing is genuine interest in work that combines store routines, smooth cashier service, and active customer service. - Flexibility. This means tackling all tasks without unnecessary delay and helping colleagues/customers even when your own work is unfinished. - Ability to perform physically demanding work. Despite ergonomic tools and methods, store work includes heavy lifting, thousands of steps daily, and repetitive cashier work that strains the upper body. - At least 18 years of age and proficiency in Finnish for customer service. Our working language is Finnish. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage. - Willingness to work both weekdays and weekends during store hours.
