Security Guard for High-Security Site, Helsinki - Avarn Security - Remote - Global

We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented security guards for a high-security site in Helsinki city center. The role combines demanding security environment and top-class service. The site is a high-security headquarters where you will work as part of a professional team. The position is permanent, with options for full-time or part-time work. Responsibilities include visitor management, active area and access control, camera surveillance, security system maintenance, alarm handling, and emergency management. Work is scheduled in two shifts from 07:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. Requirements include a valid security guard license, at least two years of experience, excellent Finnish and good English skills, proactive attitude, reliability, and stress resistance. We offer a stable, respected position in a central location, regular weekday hours, salary according to security sector collective agreement level 3, and opportunities to develop skills in a high-security environment.
