Welding Supervisor - Työkuutio - Loimaa, Finland

We are seeking a welding supervisor for our client Dinolift Oy, for a permanent position. As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of the welding and machining departments. You will also support cost calculations for upcoming contract manufacturing. Your main focus will be on smooth production flow and delivery reliability, workplace safety, and personnel management and leadership. The role combines strong daily supervision, responsibility for people, and continuous production development. You will also oversee the technical, quality, and standard compliance requirements of welding activities and ensure they are implemented in daily production. You will lead and instruct welding personnel, ensure qualification maintenance for welders, and oversee welding method tests. The scope of responsibilities also includes managing welding suppliers, monitoring production technology development and identifying opportunities, and participating in procurement and commissioning of production equipment. You will work closely with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. An IWS certification is considered an advantage, demonstrating your expertise in welding. We follow ISO 3834 standards for welding and design, as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards across the entire factory. Työkuutio acts as a partner in the recruitment process for Dinolift Oy.
