Job Description
ANNU Social Services is currently seeking a practical nurse for the LUVN area in Southern Finland to help create a better future for our wonderful clients. The work of a practical nurse at ANNU Social Services is diverse and rewarding. You may work in home services for families with children or in services for caregivers on leave, alongside our lovely client families. Working hours vary according to family wishes and your availability. Please note that we are looking for hourly workers who are willing to commit to several months of client assignments. Client visits are at least two hours long and mainly take place weekly. We are seeking employees who can commit approximately 6-20 hours per week. Our team is looking for cheerful and social individuals who are passionate about children and family well-being. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently and professionally in client work. We are looking for a practical nurse with experience working with children. Having a car is considered an advantage. Your day as a practical nurse may include caring for the child's basic needs such as hygiene and meals, playing, outdoor activities, or supporting hobbies. You may also care for sick children or those requiring special support, and assist families with household chores or meal preparation. We offer flexible, meaningful paid work: - You influence your working hours and when and where you work. - The job is suitable alongside studies or other work. - At ANNU Social Services, you will have a supervisor supporting your work. - We pay your salary once or twice a month, depending on your choice. - We provide comprehensive paid training before starting work, which is paid and included in your first salary. - We follow the collective agreement for private social services and pay according to the collective agreement (pay grade G20C). - We use Teams for remote communication as part of our recruitment process.
