Job Description

We are looking for a SALES COORDINATOR at Narvi for a permanent position. The new sales coordinator at Narvi will strengthen the support functions for sales and marketing both domestically and internationally. Tasks related to brand support and communication are also part of your responsibilities. The role is versatile and central, interfacing with sales, product development, and other parts of the organization. Your duties include, among others: - Customer service tasks - Processing orders and coordinating deliveries - Coordinating company and product materials in customer channels and within the organization - Maintaining and developing the website and online store - Producing sales and marketing content for various communication channels - Broad sales, marketing, and communication tasks supporting brand work - Representing the company in marketing-related activities - Organizing trade shows and customer events We are looking for a proactive and sales-oriented individual who is genuinely enthusiastic about their work and the Narvi brand story. We hope you have an independent and responsible work attitude, a desire to develop and learn new things. Good interaction and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations, are essential. Excellent organizational and customer service skills are required. You should have suitable software and digital skills for the role and be capable of utilizing AI to support sales and marketing. Skills in graphic programs such as InDesign are considered an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English are required. Additional language skills (Swedish, German) are considered an advantage. You must be willing to work at the company's premises in Rauma as part of our team.
