Licensed Practical Nurse, Mästargränd Residential Unit, Kemiönsaari - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Kimitoön, Finland

You work closely with people, and your role emphasizes independence, participation, and meaningful living support in a unit located near the center of Kemiönsaari. Your tasks include providing care, assistance, and support tailored to each client's individual needs. Daily activities include light cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping, leisure activities, and outdoor activities. You work with motivation and a pedagogical approach, utilizing the individual's resources and respecting their wishes and preferences. Mästargränd residential unit offers housing services and support visits within the scope of disability services. The unit consists of a five-place group home, eight apartments, and supported housing. Staff are present around the clock. The work begins according to agreement. We will thoroughly train you for the role, so you can apply confidently even if you have no previous experience working with adults with functional limitations. You will be part of an environment where presence, patience, and a professional approach are central. The position is subject to a probationary period. The qualification requirement is a practical nurse degree or a degree in accordance with the decree on health care professionals (564/1994) or the decree on social welfare professionals (153/2016).
