Implementation Consultant - IFS - Remote - Global

As an Implementation Consultant at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted. You are trusted to lead not just to execute. Your responsibilities include owning end‑to‑end EAM implementations, leading workshops, translating business needs into configurations, configuring workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting, running multiple projects, enabling users through training, collaborating with peers and product teams, and sharing insights to improve implementation approaches. The role involves working on high-impact transformation projects, delivering visible value within months, and joining a fast-growing international SaaS company. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience implementing EAM/CMMS solutions (such as Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM), enjoys consulting or project-driven environments, understands maintenance and asset management, and is fluent in English. The position is based in the UK, NL, DE, or BE, with no sponsorship or relocation provided.
