Solupak Insulation Oy is a domestic EPS insulation manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in insulation solutions for demanding conditions. We produce our products in Finland at two manufacturing facilities and build our operations based on delivery reliability, quality, and quick response. We are now seeking a Production Manager to oversee and develop the entire production process. The role is suitable for someone who understands production practically – not just at the planning level. Responsibilities As Production Manager, you will be part of Solupak's management team and responsible for the overall production – its functionality, efficiency, and development. You will lead operations practically and ensure smooth production even in changing situations. In this role, you will be particularly responsible for the operational management of the second factory and the daily development of production. You will lead daily operations, develop staff skills, and ensure production quality and efficiency. You will monitor key metrics, develop processes, and ensure that maintenance, resource planning, and safety support production goals. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and other management, and drive initiatives forward decisively even in rapidly changing situations. Success in this role requires presence in daily production activities and willingness to participate in operational tasks when needed. Requirements You have an engineering degree and approximately 5–10 years of experience in production management within industry.
