Nordika: Finance Controller - aTalent - Helsinki, Finland

In this role, you will coordinate financial, accounting, and reporting processes related to the Finnish real estate portfolio and serve as an important link between external partners, the Finnish team, and the Stockholm organization. Your daily work will include monitoring cash flows, rent revenue development, budgets, upcoming payment needs, and ensuring the overall management of these aspects. You will work closely with external partners responsible for practical accounting. Your role emphasizes understanding the overall picture, ensuring quality, and supporting decision-making. Additionally, you will participate in quarterly reporting, budgeting, audits, and various corporate and real estate arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in property purchase and sale processes, which may involve coordinating bank and insurance arrangements, managing cash flows, documentation, and cooperation with different stakeholders.
