We are working on various HR technology change projects and transformations across industries in the Nordic countries. As a senior consultant, you will lead parts of HR technology projects for major companies and contribute to new project sales. Your role is key in developing HR functions using the latest technology, improving efficiency and employee experience. Strong operational skills and experience with HR systems are essential.

Requirements

- Strong interest in HR technology, possibly with certification in a chosen platform
- Energetic attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach thriving in complex and dynamic environments
